At the core, Ahmed Taher Shadad, is one who serves. He received his M.S.E.E. in Telecommunication Engineering, from Drexel University in 1996 and worked in field of telecommunications for several years. But Shadad is also keenly aware of the need to manage with effectiveness. With his entrepreneurial and managerial expertise, Shadad founded and managed two successful consulting service companies. Plus he has consulted with and assisted many of supervisors, managers and executives on issues related to performance and policy development. He has served and continues to serve in consulting and technical fields.
